I.VIB-10b Overview
The vibration of mechanical operation includes a variety of frequency components across the spectrum. However, different frequency and amplitude correspond to different working conditions and failure cause. Therefore, VIB-10b Portable Smart Vibration Meter is a simplified and smart diagnostic instrument based on this research finding, which detects and assesses whether the machine/equipment is running well and which is the cause of the operating failure. With VIB-10b, the equipment administrators and service staff can easily measure the working vibration values of all machines and equipments, including motor, pump, blower and compressor, and thus acquire a number of information critical to their operations.
On the basis of VIB-10a Vibration Meter, VIB-10b adds the bandwidth vibration assessment criteria of velocity level in accordance with ISO10816-1：1995 and GB/T6075.1-1999, so that with the measurements, the inspector can immediately identify the working condition of the equipment at the site.
