I. Overview

VIB-16 Vibration Meter is an online vibration detector with fixed setup, which measures the acceleration, velocity and displacement of machine vibrations, and sends alarm in case of range excess. It is mainly used for vibration monitoring and alarm of critical equipments in industrial and mining companies.

Embedded with Integrated Circuits Piezoelectric (ICP) sensor, VIB-16 is highly resistant to interference, with the distance to the main body up to 100 meters.

The main body of the vibration meter is a 48*96 embedded panel meeting international standard, which can be easily installed on the display in the control room. The 4-digit LED display shows the vibration value of the measured equipment. The main body features an analog digital output, which can be connected to oscilloscope, recorder, signal analyzer or data collection system, so as to display, record and analyze the vibration signals.
